Terms of Sale & Use

These terms apply when you use NissiFood Culinary Academy or buy a course from JEHO NISSIFOODS LTD, trading as Chef Nissi Catering (company no. 17334721, registered in England and Wales). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: chefs@jehonissifoods.com.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details private; accounts are for one person and must not be shared.
• You can be signed in on up to 2 devices at once. Signing in on another device automatically signs out the one you used least recently.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing course videos.

Buying a course

• Prices are shown before you pay and include any VAT that applies.
• When payment succeeds you get access to that course on this website.
• Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the course. Videos, recipes and materials remain the property of Chef Nissi Catering and may not be copied, shared or resold.

Cooking safety

Cooking involves heat, sharp tools and allergens. Follow the safety guidance in each lesson, check ingredients against your own allergies and dietary needs, and supervise children.

Changes and availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but can't guarantee it. We may update courses and these terms; we'll tell you about important changes.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
